During the week prior to the start of the spring semester, the Bok Center held the second annual Winter Teaching Week. This week of workshops, primarily aimed at graduate students, included offerings for both new and experienced teaching fellows.  Topics ranged from Teaching Fundamentals for new teaching fellows, to a workshop on navigating cultural differences, to a session on animation design. This year, we partnered with the Academic Technology Group to add a component to several of the workshops that demonstrated how technological tools can help implement pedagogical strategies such as rubrics and active learning.  We also offered open microteaching sessions that allowed new TFs to practice teaching and receive feedback. In total, over 150 participants attended.
